Transit Time

The estimated delivery time frame does not include order processing (1-3 days). Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number to monitor shipping progress.

Fast (Priority Shipping) : 5-10 days

Tracking

Zendara uses traceable shipping services for order delivery. Tracking is available once the courier indexes the parcel. 

Missing Parcels

Zendara is not responsible for incorrect shipping information during checkout. Ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate before placing your order.

Zendara is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once the shipment status is "Delivered."

You are protected by the Buyer Protection Program if you provided accurate shipping information during checkout, and the parcel is not received or the shipment status is not updated to "Delivered" within 30 business days. In this case, please contact us to request a refund or resend.
